      SHENZHEN  HTB FINE CERAMICS DEVELOPMENT CO., LTD. is dedicated to the research, development and production of precision ceramic structure, with the aid of ultra-precision plane, cylinder, sphere grinding and polishing technology and advanced production equipment, production of the various new type of precision ceramic products conform to The Times development.

      HTB product mainly is divided into three categories: the ultra precision measuring instruments, ceramic valve, health environmental protection equipment accessories.

      Ultra precision measuring instruments such as ceramic gauge blocks  (minimum size can be 0.2 mm, maximum 300 mm), ceramic cylindrical gauges (pin gauge, ring gauge, Cylindrical Squares ), ceramic straight master, the CMM standard ball and measuring probe, inferior smooth ceramic  dumbbell ball, etc.
      Ceramic pump and valve is including: all kinds of ceramic seal valve, ceramic piston pump, ceramic acting pump, ceramic filling pump and   large size  ceramic flat seal .

      Health environmental analysis instrument accessories including： ultra-precision quadrupole mass analyzer, six pole transmitter, valveless micro pump, blood sampling  valves, ceramic  injection valve such as four,six, eight,ten-way,  etc.
      HTB precision ceramic products seriation, specialization, gradually formed in precision ultra-precision machining of ceramic materials with advanced and professional technology and equipment, and years of experience in research and development design, basic industries at home and abroad relevant materials and various requirements of precision machining for ceramics.

      He graduated from Harbin institute of technology(HIT), high-tech ceramics ultra-precision processing research since 1990 , completed the first successful application of the ceramic bearing research topic and 750000 Dn  of high speed aviation engine test, obtains the national scientific and technological progress second prize.Since then has been engaged in precision ceramic relevant technology and product research and development, in the domestic first development and production of precision ceramic block gauge, optical flat, large size seal, high precision linear gauge, the CMM standard ball, second type ceramic landmark clubs, and other products.In recent years, and developed with international leading level of ultra-precision quadrupole mass spectrometer quality analyzer and ceramic valve, micro pump blood health environmental analytical instruments such as high-end accessories, and so on various aspects in the design and manufacture of testing have launched into a whole new concept.

      Lead the research and development team after more than 20 years of exploration and accumulation, in the international ceramic technology and nano processing detection technology occupies the important position.Participated in or presided over to formulate relevant national standards and industry standards and employed to participate in the national standards for project evaluation, and participate in a number of countries and the work of science and technology plan projects at various levels.
