Ceramic optical flat

The ceramic optical flats are manufactured triumphantly in HTB not long ago. Recur to the advanced optical machines and proprietary technology, we gained the flatness 25 nanometer on ceramics polishing. This innovative technique improved interferometric measurement of ceramic gauge blocks to perfect. It indicate that the ultra-precise technology about ceramics flat arrived at new height of success. HTB is proud of this contribution.
This technology and machines can be used to grind and polish hard ultra -precise plane such as sapphire plane, crystal plane, high-accuracy worktable, moving counterpart and sealing counterpart etc.

Ceramic hollow balls

Ceramic standard balls are manufactured from Zirconia and Silicon nitride. The diameters range of balls from 2 to 30mm and roundness is 0.08μm，can be used for reference ball and measuring ball of a CMM. Extraordinary, these hollow balls fix easy and reliable.
